Biography

After falling in love with the Vail Valley and the "mountain lifestyle", he had a vision that the Vail Valley deserved access to the same state-of-the-art cosmetic surgery, usually only available in a major city. In 1994, Dr. Mangat opened Mangat Plastic Surgery in Edwards, Colorado as a satellite office to his Cincinnati practice. Commuting monthly, the practice and his reputation grew as the mountain community expanded. One week a month became two as word spread that you didn't have to travel to a major city to receive the latest in facial plastic surgery. Over time, Dr. Mangat dedicated more time to his Vail practice and eventually, Vail became his primary practice.
