He then pursued specialized training in plastic surgery at the University of South Florida, again distinguishing himself as Chief Resident. These rigorous programs provided him with a robust foundation in both reconstructive and cosmetic techniques, leading to his certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Since establishing Palm Beach Plastic Surgery in 2002, Dr. Cramer has become known for his meticulous approach and his unwavering focus on creating results that appear natural and harmonious with each patient's unique features.
