Dr. Sarah Holland brings a warm, vibrant energy and a deeply personal touch to plastic surgery, treating every patient like family from the moment they step into her Falmouth practice. Known for her approachable demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, she strives to create an environment of absolute comfort, open communication, and trust. After earning her medical degree from Cornell University Medical College, Dr. Holland completed rigorous training including a general surgery residency at the University Health Center of Pittsburgh, a prestigious fellowship in pediatric and craniofacial surgery, and a plastic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, she has spent nearly two decades helping patients throughout Maine look and feel their absolute best. Away from the operating room, Dr. Holland enjoys embracing the coastal Maine lifestyle with her husband, three daughters, and two dogs—whether they are skiing, sailing in Casco Bay, or relaxing by the water. Her blend of master craftsmanship, authentic compassion, and genuine enthusiasm ensures that each patient feels exceptionally cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
