He began his medical education at the Université de Montréal, where he not only earned his Doctor of Medicine degree but also completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, even serving as Chief Resident during his final year. To further refine his skills, Dr. Labelle embarked on an extraordinary series of fellowships across the globe. He gained invaluable expertise in microsurgery during a prestigious year at the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, a world-renowned center. This was followed by specialized training in hand surgery at the University of Toronto and advanced aesthetic surgery techniques at the University of Southern California, bringing a diverse and comprehensive skill set back to his community. Choosing to establish his practice in his hometown of Montreal after completing his extensive training reflects a desire to serve the community he knows and loves, offering advanced surgical care close to home.
