Dr. Bise’s journey into plastic surgery began with a strong foundation, earning his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He further honed his skills through a comprehensive General Surgery Residency at the University of Utah Medical Center, followed by specialized Plastic Surgery Residency training back at the University of Washington, where he served as Chief Resident. These rigorous experiences laid the groundwork for a practice built on expertise and empathy. For Dr. Bise, the essence of plastic surgery lies in understanding each person’s unique aspirations.
