Biography

Born and raised in Minneapolis, Dr. Randall W. Volk has always felt a deep, personal connection to the community he serves. Guided by a philosophy that every individual should be treated just like a member of his own family, he strives to foster an authentic culture of care, comfort, and safety from the moment you walk through the door. Dr. Volk built a strong academic foundation close to home, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota before earning his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He went on to hone his surgical expertise through rigorous general surgery training at Baylor University Medical Center and St. Barnabas Medical Center, followed by a dedicated plastic surgery fellowship at The Ohio State University Hospitals. Outside of the operating room, Dr. Volk is an accomplished tenor who loves singing in his church choir, playing guitar, and enjoying classic Doo-Wop music. Blending meticulous technical precision with genuine warmth and artistic vision, he is dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, beautiful transformations that enhance their confidence and well-being.
