Dr. Mizuguchi earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine, where he graduated with honors and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He subsequently completed a rigorous five-year general surgery residency at the University of Louisville—serving as Chief Resident under Dr. Hiram Polk—before completing his specialized plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, and recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Mizuguchi combines decades of technical mastery with an innate passion for empowering people to look and feel their absolute best.
