Growing up as a third-generation plastic surgeon in Lexington, Dr. Evan M. Moore spent his childhood tagging along on hospital rounds, observing firsthand the profound and lasting bonds his father and grandfather built with their patients. This early, immersive exposure planted a deep-seated passion for the craft, ultimately inspiring him to follow in their footsteps. Dr. Moore earned his medical degree and completed his rigorous six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Kentucky, followed by a specialized aesthetic surgery fellowship in Louisville. Today, he proudly practices alongside his colleagues at Plastic Surgeons of Lexington while also serving veterans at the Lexington VA Medical Center and dedicating his time to Surgery on Sunday. Dr. Moore approaches plastic surgery not merely as a technical discipline, but as a deeply personal journey of restoration and self-confidence. Known for his compassionate demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, he partners closely with each patient to design bespoke treatment plans that honor their unique anatomy and aesthetic goals.
