Dr. Michael C. Nave is a retired board-certified plastic surgeon who dedicated his career to delivering exceptional surgical care and clinical excellence. Previously practicing with Bronson Plastic Surgery Specialists in Portage, Michigan, Dr. Nave built a distinguished reputation centered on precision, safety, and a deeply compassionate approach to patient care. His academic foundation began at the University of Nebraska, where he earned both his undergraduate degree and his medical doctorate. He subsequently refined his surgical expertise through a general surgery residency at the Southwest Michigan Area Health Education Center, followed by a specialized plastic surgery residency at the University of Utah. Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Nave has shared his wealth of knowledge as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Surgical Sciences at the Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine, helping to shape the next generation of medical professionals.
