Biography

Dr. Jules A. Walters III has dedicated his professional life to the art and science of transformation, driven by a childhood fascination with science that grew into a lifelong passion for surgery. A native of New Orleans, Dr. Walters completed his medical degree at the LSU School of Medicine in Shreveport, followed by a rigorous general surgery residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and a specialized plastic surgery fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where he trained extensively at the renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center and Memorial Hermann Hospital. Double board-certified in plastic surgery and general surgery, Dr. Walters combines technical precision with a deeply artistic eye, offering patients a refined approach to facial, breast, and body aesthetic surgery, as well as compassionate breast reconstruction. He believes that true surgical excellence lies in listening closely to each individual, creating customized treatment plans that honor their unique anatomy and personal goals. For Dr. Walters, the most rewarding moment is removing the dressings post-surgery and witnessing a patient's renewed sense of confidence and joy as they see their true self reflected back.
