Dr. Judith Gurley brings a rare blend of rigorous academic pedigree, advanced surgical precision, and deep personal empathy to her boutique practice in St. Louis. Motivated early on by a fascination with complex human anatomy and a desire to profoundly impact patients' lives through restorative care, she completed her rigorous training across world-class institutions, including general and plastic surgery residencies at the University of Chicago followed by a specialized pediatric plastic and craniofacial fellowship at Washington University. Having served as an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Washington University and Director of Plastic Surgery at Shriners Hospitals for Children, Dr. Gurley approaches every patient with meticulous artistry and compassionate listening. Whether performing sophisticated facial rejuvenation or custom body contouring, she is dedicated to a philosophy where subtle, natural-looking transformation meets uncompromising safety.
