Biography

Dr. Joseph Berardi is a board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of Berardi Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery in North Scottsdale, where he has been practicing since 2001. An Arizona native, he graduated magna cum laude from Northern Arizona University, earned his medical degree from the University of Arizona, and completed a five-year integrated general and plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch — with additional training in cancer reconstruction at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston and facial cosmetic surgery in Miami. He came home to Scottsdale and has never left. With over 200 surgeries performed annually and more than 2,500 over his career, Dr. Berardi has the kind of volume that matters when it comes to surgical precision. Patients consistently describe his consultations as unhurried — he calls people back himself, meets multiple times before surgery if needed, and never makes anyone feel like a number. His boutique surgery center is attached to the clinic, which means the same team that greeted you at your consultation is the one caring for you on surgery day.
