Dr. Hal Michael Bass dedicated decades of his life to providing exceptional cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery care with a steadfast focus on patient safety, individualized attention, and natural-looking outcomes. Earning his medical degree from Albany Medical College, Dr. Bass went on to complete comprehensive general surgery training—ultimately serving as Chief Resident at Nassau Hospital—before completing his specialized residency in plastic surgery at Orange Memorial Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident. Over a distinguished career spanning more than forty years in private practice, he combined advanced surgical techniques with a genuine passion for his work, earning the deep appreciation of his patients and peers alike. Board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Bass was consistently honored as one of America's Top Doctors by Castle Connolly and received the Patient's Choice Award. Throughout his career, he remained deeply committed to helping individuals achieve their aesthetic goals with warmth, meticulous precision, and profound personal care.
