His journey through medicine includes extensive training at Emory University Hospital, completing both his general surgery and then plastic surgery residencies there. He later served as Chief of Plastic Surgery at Grady Memorial Hospital and directed the Plastic Surgery Residency Program at Emory, where he still teaches as an Assistant Professor, even earning the Golden Apple Teaching Award for his excellence. It is this blend of a meticulous surgical technique, an artistic eye, and a genuinely compassionate demeanor that defines his care.
