Austin embodies this philosophy, believing that truly understanding your individual goals is the foundation for exceptional results. He champions open and honest communication, ensuring every treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored and executed within a safe, private environment. This deep-seated commitment to patient-centered care stems from years of rigorous training right in his home state of Oklahoma. After earning his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, Dr. Austin completed both his general and plastic surgery residencies at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, even serving as Chief Resident in Plastic Surgery. He later returned to Norman Regional Hospital to lead its Plastic Surgery department as Chief, and holds an academic appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Oklahoma. Since opening Austin Plastic Surgery Center in 2007, he has applied his extensive expertise to a comprehensive range of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. When not helping patients achieve their desired transformations, Dr. Austin enjoys the simple pleasures of family time, traveling, fishing, hunting, and photography. His diverse interests outside of surgery underscore a well-rounded perspective, bringing both precision and an artistic eye to his practice.
