Growing up in Roanoke, Virginia, Dr. William Armiger witnessed a surgeon's profound ability to heal and restore hope after encountering a young burn victim. This early, powerful experience shaped his belief that plastic surgery is a meaningful intersection of rigorous science and human artistry. Driven by a desire to profoundly impact lives, he earned his medical degree at the University of Virginia, followed by comprehensive general surgery training at the Medical College of Virginia and specialized plastic surgery training at the Medical College of Georgia. Since establishing his private practice in 1993, Dr. Armiger has prioritized empowering his patients through transparent education and deeply personalized care. He believes that a thorough understanding of every phase—from initial options to recovery—is essential for achieving natural, harmonious results. His philosophy centers on genuine collaboration, ensuring each individual's unique aesthetic goals are met with meticulous attention and heartfelt compassion.
