Dr. Vas N. Sabeeh is one of the three founders of Forma Plastic Surgery, where premier plastic surgery meets and exceeds the desires of its patients. With over 20 years as a successful practicing physician, he is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery, making him one of the most premier and sought-after plastic surgeons in the country. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University of Arizona, Phoenix.
