Biography

Inspired by early mission work performing pediatric open-heart surgery in Central and South America, Dr. Tiffany Grunwald discovered firsthand the profound, life-changing impact surgical intervention can offer. Drawn to plastic surgery for the deeply personal relationships built with patients and the intricate problem-solving it demands, she brings an artistic and deeply empathetic eye to her private practice in Santa Monica. Regarded internationally as a specialist in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, Dr. Grunwald has dedicated much of her career to helping breast cancer survivors restore their natural contours and reclaim confidence following a mastectomy. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Dr. Grunwald earned her medical degree with top clinical honors from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. She completed her rigorous general and plastic surgery residencies at USC, where she also served as a clinical instructor and earned a Master of Education degree. Blending technical precision with a comforting, collaborative bedside manner, Dr. Grunwald takes pride in crafting customized treatment plans that prioritize wellness, emotional healing, and natural beauty above all else.
