Biography

Long before he became one of Miami's most sought-after double board-certified plastic surgeons, Dr. Steven A. Earle competed at an elite international level in Olympic equestrian show jumping. That early pursuit of precision and discipline naturally translated into a distinguished career in medicine, inspiring him to channel his hands-on artistry into surgery. After earning his undergraduate degree from Princeton University and his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Earle completed rigorous residency training in general surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and plastic surgery at Duke University Medical Center. Today, as the founder of Pure Plastic Surgery, Dr. Earle blends technical excellence with an artist’s eye, tailoring each procedure to complement the individual’s natural proportions. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he is deeply committed to patient safety and transparent, compassionate care.
