Dr. Baker earned his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine, completed his general surgery residency at Columbia University's St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, and refined his craft through intensive plastic surgery training under legendary pioneer Dr. D. Ralph Millard Jr. at the University of Miami.
