Growing up with deep roots in Texas, finding a path toward medicine felt like a natural extension of a lifelong desire to work with both precision and creativity. After completing undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University, medical training carried through rigorous general surgery residency at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and specialized plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Serving as chief resident during these formative years instilled a profound commitment to meticulous surgical technique and individualized patient care. Returning to West Texas allowed the establishment of a practice centered on honesty, meticulous attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel genuinely heard. Away from the operating room, life is anchored by family, enjoying time with a wonderful spouse and daughters, playing golf, snow skiing, and occasionally exploring an interest in architectural and landscape design. The guiding philosophy remains simple: treating every individual with the same compassion, transparency, and dedication one would offer a member of one's own family, ensuring each person feels fully supported from the initial consultation through the complete healing journey.
