Biography

With decades of distinguished surgical experience, Dr. Robert Hardesty has earned a reputation as one of America's foremost plastic surgeons, drawing patients from across the nation to his Riverside practice. Driven by an innate passion for artistic precision and deep empathy, Dr. Hardesty is known for creating exquisite, natural-looking results while prioritizing patient comfort and individualized care. He completed his extensive training with general surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, plastic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, and a specialized craniofacial and pediatric fellowship at Washington University Children's Hospital. Formerly the Chief of Plastic Surgery and founder of the integrated residency program at Loma Linda, he has dedicated much of his career to advancing his field and mentoring future surgeons. As a past president of the California Society of Plastic Surgeons and a perennial Castle Connolly Top Doctor, Dr. Hardesty combines decades of time-proven surgical mastery with a compassionate, ethical approach. Whether performing complex body contouring, facial rejuvenation, or breast enhancement, he treats every patient like family, ensuring they feel deeply heard, valued, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
