Growing up in Savannah, Georgia, surrounded by deep-rooted southern warmth, a fascination with how things work naturally evolved into a calling for the healing arts. After earning an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and a medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine, rigorous training brought an immersion into general surgery at the University of Virginia, followed by specialized fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Utah. Inspired by the desire to merge technical precision with artistic grace, a private practice was established in Charlottesville to offer patients a deeply personalized refuge for aesthetic transformation.
