Biography

Dr. Raman Mahabir is one of the premier plastic surgeons in Tucson and Southern Arizona, who is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. Previously, he was one the most sought-after plastic surgeons in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and had a distinguished academic career as a full Professor and Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Mayo Clinic. In recognition of his accomplishments and excellence in plastic surgery, Dr. Mahabir was named the 2017-2018 Plastic Surgery Foundation’s Visiting Professor, which gave him the opportunity to travel the world to operate and teach his fellow peers. He specializes in cosmetic and restorative surgery of the face, breast and body, providing individualized care with natural, authentic results.
