Growing up in Huntsville during the height of the space race where his father contributed to space exploration, a lifelong appreciation for meticulous precision and engineering took root early. That foundational mindset eventually guided a path toward Vanderbilt University, where an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering was earned with high honors, followed by service as a United States Navy officer aboard a guided missile destroyer. Medicine ultimately called, blending scientific curiosity with a profound desire to impact lives personally. Training in plastic surgery at Duke University shaped a career defined by artistry and technical excellence. Relocating to Alabama established decades of pioneering work, including introducing advanced laser skin resurfacing techniques to the region and teaching fellow physicians nationwide. Philosophy centers on revealing natural beauty rather than altering who someone is, ensuring every aesthetic enhancement looks harmonious and refreshed. Outside of surgical procedures, a deep commitment remains to listening closely to individual goals and providing a compassionate, reassuring environment where patients feel fully supported throughout their transformation journey.
