He founded the Eisemann Plastic Surgery Center as a fully accredited in-office facility where patients see the same team from consultation through recovery, with no hospital handoffs. He pioneered and published research on performing procedures under IV sedation with nerve block instead of general anesthesia. He holds faculty appointments at Baylor College of Medicine and Weill Cornell Medical School and has served as President of the Houston Society of Plastic Surgeons.
