Hailing from Houston, Texas, where she earned a prestigious NASA academic scholarship, she completed her undergraduate education with dual degrees in chemistry from Spelman College and chemical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology before earning her medical doctorate from Baylor College of Medicine. Following rigorous general surgery training at Emory University and plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas Southwestern, Dr. Bolden established her thriving practice in Washington, D.C., where she serves as the Medical Director of Cultura Dermatology & Plastic Surgery and an Assistant Professor at Howard University Hospital. Renowned for her expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation, Dr. Bolden brings a thoughtful, culturally aware perspective to her craft.
