Dr. Julian Winocour is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon whose fascination with the delicate balance of technical precision and artistic creativity drew him to the field early in life. Dedicated to empowering his patients through detailed education and transparent communication, Dr. Winocour believes that truly exceptional surgical outcomes are born from deep collaboration, individualized planning, and meticulous attention to detail. After earning his medical degree from McGill University, Dr. Winocour completed extensive residency training at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he was honored with accolades including the Plastic Surgery Resident of the Year and the Chief Resident Award for Excellence in Teaching. He further refined his expertise through specialized academic leadership roles, serving on the faculty at Vanderbilt and later as an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Colorado, where he co-founded the Microvascular Surgery Fellowship and acted as Associate Program Director of the Plastic Surgery Residency. Whether performing advanced microsurgical breast reconstruction, complex body contouring, or transformative aesthetic procedures like facelifts and mommy makeovers, Dr. Winocour combines rigorous academic insight with genuine, compassionate patient-centered care to help every individual restore their confidence and quality of life.
