Growing up in a large Ohio family alongside seven siblings instilled a deep sense of teamwork and compassion that still defines his practice today. Affectionately known by his patients simply as Dr. Joe, he knew early on that surgery offered a unique path to profoundly changing lives through meticulous craftsmanship and genuine empathy. After completing rigorous training across the Midwest and Texas, including specialized work in pediatric burn care and reconstructive surgery, he settled in Indiana to build a warm, patient centered environment where individuals feel completely at home. His philosophy centers on open, honest communication and utilizing advanced technology like three dimensional imaging to help patients visualize their goals before taking any steps forward. Rather than chasing fleeting trends, he focuses on restoring natural harmony and self confidence, treating every person who walks through his doors with the same warmth and dedication he would offer a member of his own family.
