Dr. Jeremy Warner boasts many accomplishments and titles as a distinguished double board-certified plastic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. Renowned for his expertise in facial plastic surgery, he is the President of the Warner Institute, the Director and Founder of the Chicago Rhinoplasty Symposium, and the Mission Director of the Nepal Surgical and Medical Mission under the Face the Future Foundation. Dr. Warner is a Clinical Associate of Surgery at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, and his commitment to excellence is reflected in his leadership roles, extensive fellowship teaching, and significant contributions to the field through research and publications. Distinguished as a member of the exclusive Rhinoplasty Society, Dr. Warner has performed more rhinoplasty procedures than most of his peers. His commitment to advancing the realm of plastic surgery is evident through his role as President of the Warner Institute, where he also serves as Fellowship Director.
