Practicing in Newport Beach for decades, he has built a reputation for helping individuals look and feel their absolute best through refined, natural-looking surgical outcomes. Driven by a lifelong fascination with human anatomy and the profound impact of self-image on confidence, Dr. Horowitz pursued rigorous medical training starting with his medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He subsequently completed his general surgery residency at Emory University School of Medicine, followed by specialized fellowships in microvascular, craniofacial, and plastic surgery at the University of Virginia Medical Center. Co-founder of the renowned Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery, he is widely recognized for his innovative surgical contributions, including co-developing the signature LiteLift® procedure for subtle, elegant facial rejuvenation.
