After earning his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College, Dr. Alexander honed his expertise through a rigorous general surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where he was chosen as Chief Resident. He then completed specialized plastic surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a distinguished fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery, also at the University of Pennsylvania, where he served as Chief Fellow. This comprehensive training underpins his status as a board certified plastic surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a testament to his high standards of care. When not in the operating room, Dr. Alexander enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, often traveling, exploring new cultures, and immersing himself in Philadelphia's vibrant arts scene, interests that undoubtedly enrich his sophisticated aesthetic perspective.
