Originally from Switzerland, where she earned her medical degree from the University of Geneva, Dr. Raskin cultivated an extraordinary foundation of surgical precision through rigorous multi-disciplinary training. Before dedicating her craft exclusively to plastic surgery, she completed residencies in ophthalmology and general surgery—including time at NYU—followed by an oculoplastic fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, and plastic surgery training at New York Presbyterian Hospital and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Opening her private practice and accredited surgical facility in 2006, Dr. Raskin designed an environment centered entirely on patient comfort, safety, and discretion, supported by an all-female staff.
