Dr. Elliot Lach believes that extraordinary surgical care begins with a simple act: genuinely listening to the person sitting across from him. Serving patients throughout Central Massachusetts at the Boston Surgical Group, Dr. Lach has dedicated more than four decades to refining a deeply personal, empathetic approach to plastic and reconstructive surgery. A proud graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he earned his medical degree from Yale School of Medicine before completing rigorous fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery through Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Rather than relying on cookie-cutter formulas, Dr. Lach takes time to understand each patient's unique background, concerns, and lifestyle goals. Whether performing complex reconstructive cases, body contouring, or facial procedures, he combines elite Ivy League training with an artistic eye and a remarkably gentle bedside manner.
