Fascinated by the intersection of science and artistic expression from a young age, Dr. David Gerth found his true calling in medicine, where he could channel his creativity into helping people feel profoundly confident in their own skin. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of Georgia, he received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Dr. Gerth pursued exceptionally rigorous postgraduate training, completing accredited residencies in both Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery and Plastic Surgery, alongside specialized fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. This rare triple-board-certified background provides him with an intimate, master-level understanding of complex facial and structural anatomy. Operating out of South Florida, Dr. Gerth approaches every procedure—from advanced deep plane facelifts and rhinoplasty to bespoke breast and body contouring—as a unique collaboration.
