For Dr. Christopher Davidson, the true art of plastic surgery lies in understanding each individual's unique journey and aspirations. This philosophy guides his practice, whether he is meticulously repairing a complex hand injury, thoughtfully planning an advanced breast reconstruction, or carefully sculpting for cosmetic enhancement. His journey in medicine took him through Harvard Medical School, followed by rigorous training in plastic surgery within the esteemed Harvard system. He then refined his expertise further with a specialized fellowship in hand and microvascular surgery at the prestigious Curtis National Hand Center. This in-depth background allows him to tackle intricate challenges, from repairing delicate nerves and vessels and addressing lymphedema, to performing cutting-edge breast reconstruction and gender affirming surgeries. As an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School, he shares his knowledge with future generations of surgeons, a role frequently recognized with multiple Dean's Excellence in Teaching Awards. Outside of the operating room, he finds joy spending time with his family, staying active through exercise, traveling, and unwinding on the golf course.
