Dr. Charles A. Messa III is a compassionate, double board-certified plastic surgeon whose calm, grounded demeanor instantly puts patients at ease. Choosing early on to focus his career on being a physician first and a surgeon second, Dr. Messa finds his greatest fulfillment in helping individuals look and feel their absolute best. After completing his undergraduate degree magna cum laude at LaSalle University—where he was a scholar-athlete and Rhodes Scholar nominee—he earned his medical degree from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. He subsequently refined his surgical expertise through a rigorous general surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center, followed by specialized plastic and reconstructive surgery training at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. As the medical director of Weston Cosmetic Surgery Center in Florida, Dr. Messa blends technical precision with an artistic eye to deliver beautiful, natural outcomes. Deeply devoted to his large blended family and local philanthropic efforts, he brings that same warmth, integrity, and genuine human connection to every patient relationship he builds.
