His extensive training began with medical studies at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, followed by a comprehensive plastic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. It was here in Memphis that he honed his broad expertise, later becoming Chief Resident, a testament to his leadership and skill. Driven by a desire to master complex cases, he pursued a specialized Craniofacial and Pediatric Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the renowned Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada, learning to address intricate facial and congenital conditions with precision and compassion. Returning to Memphis, Dr. Pulikkottil joined the Plastic Surgery Group, bringing with him a commitment to personalized care. He approaches each patient's unique goals with a blend of advanced surgical techniques and an artistic eye, ensuring results that are both beautiful and natural. From intricate hand surgery and reconstructive procedures after skin cancer, to transformative breast and body contouring, and advanced pediatric craniofacial care, his broad experience allows him to guide patients through a wide array of options. Outside of his practice, he shares his knowledge as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, shaping the next generation of surgeons.
